pasar123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or Prohibited Activity; (b) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) the Player's Account has been inactive for an extended period; or (d) compliance with applicable laws or licensing conditions so requires.
Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the pasar123 support team via live chat or email. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
